    Matt Whiteman

    Matt Whiteman has spent over 20 years in the technology industry, building the kind of end to end technical expertise that is genuinely rare in one person. He began his career at IBM, where he spent more than a decade across technical support, service delivery, project management, network services and risk management. That foundation gave him something most developers never develop: a complete understanding of how digital systems work from the ground up, not just the visible parts that face the user but everything underneath that makes them run properly and securely.

    After IBM, Matt founded and ran his own digital agency for 15 years, delivering web development, hosting, infrastructure and technical strategy for clients across a wide range of sectors. That experience sharpened both his technical depth and his ability to communicate complex problems clearly to non-technical people, something agencies and business owners consistently tell him makes him different from most developers they have worked with. He has delivered projects across WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, CodeIgniter and beyond, and has built AI powered products from the ground up including commercial tools that are live and in use today.

    At Traction Tactics, Matt is the technical force that makes the proposition real. He is the reason complex projects get delivered when others have failed, the reason codebases that looked beyond saving get rescued, and the reason clients come back. He has a particular talent for looking at a tangled, complicated problem and finding the most logical path through it. If you have been told something is too difficult, too expensive or too far gone, Matt is usually the right person to talk to.

    Guy Prince has been building and running businesses for over 30 years. He started his career in sales management, which gave him a grounding in commercial reality, customer psychology and what actually drives decisions that no classroom could replicate. Since then he has founded and grown businesses across commercial finance, consumer finance and digital technology, and has spent the better part of three decades helping other business owners do the same.

    At Traction Tactics, Guy is the commercial brain behind the business. He looks at every client challenge through a practical, results first lens and asks the straightforward question that sometimes gets overlooked: what does this actually need to achieve? He is not the most technical person in the room and will tell you so himself, but he has developed a genuine expertise in AI, particularly in prompt engineering and voice AI, two areas where commercial instinct matters far more than technical knowledge.

    What Guy brings above all else is a rare combination of breadth and honesty. He has seen enough of business to know what works, what does not, and when something is not the right fit.
